Chesterton 477-1T Carbon/PTFE Packing
Chesterton 477-1T is a tough, yet pliable, continuous filament carbon yarn packing impregnated throughout with PTFE to provide a non-contaminating, non-staining carbon yarn packing. Developed for the tough applications in the pulp and paper industry, 477-1T is specially designed to be used in high pressure feeders, pre-steaming vessels and applications that are moving abrasive slurries. This packing’s combined force of carbon yarn and PTFE dispersions increases its chemical resistance against strong caustic and acid mediums.
Chesterton 477-1T is also an excellent bottom anti-extrusion end ring when coupled with Chesterton 1400R Carbon-Reinforced Graphite Packing in rotating equipment. Extends Chain and Wire Rope Life; Reduces Energy UseA premium-quality oil formulated to penetrate between the close clearance of chain drive bushings and pins, wire ropes, and cables to provide critical lubrication. This formulation contains extreme pressure additives to increase chain load carrying ability in tough environments.
601 Chain Drive Pin and Bushing Lubricant provides a long lasting, non-drying film which effectively lubricates metal surfaces so they run smoothly with far less wear. It also prevents dirt and dust from building up on the inside and outside of chains. which is especially needed to meet start-up stresses.

Chesterton 630 SXCF 220 #1
Synthetic, Corrosion-Resistant Machinery GreaseThis synthetic lubricating grease is best suited for equipment with medium-to-large-sized, slow-moving bearings such as pumps, large conveyors, agitators and mixers. It can be used universally in food and non-food industries.
Chesterton 630 SXCF 220 #1 is a high base oil viscosity, high performance synthetic grease that has excellent corrosion protection and superior resistance to water washout and spray off. It has a dropping point of 316°C (600°F), and excellent shear stability. 630 SXCF 220 #1 will continue to lubricate even in the presence of heat, steam, and hot water wash downs.
630 SXCF 220 #1 is NSF H1 Registered and complies with FDA 178.3570 for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing equipment.
